work and render quality service to our concessionaires; adhere strictly to its vision and mission. laws, rules and regulations for the good of the employee and its clientele; to perform its duties and responsibilities efficiently, religously and with utmost courtesy; ensure at all times water adequacy and potability; respond immediately at all times to customer's complaints and work render service beyond the call of duty when necessary. Since the services we offer concerns water, and for the water we serve we live, thus water is life.

We are a public utility and we believe that our concessionaire deserves the best services General MacArthur Water Dsitrict can offer. Hence, for us to be able to cater the best services, we will take your suggestions with confidentiality with the aim of improving our services.

PERFORMANCE PLEDGE
We are committed to providing adequate, affordable and safe water supply, efficient and economically viable services to the Muncipality of General MacArthur, Eastern Samar. However, there are instances when services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond the control of the District. True to its vision and mission in serving the MacArthuranons, management is exerting its best efforts to effect change and improve the quality of water service to the highest level customers' satisfaction.
